Please tell us about your up-and-coming events relating to climate change. If your event has to do with clean energy, energy efficiency, green buildings, smart growth, or any other issue that helps to inform people about the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, please let us know.

Check the Smart Living Center schedule for many free energy events, including seminars for homeowners on solar, geothermal, energy efficient windows, and weatherization.

December 17, 2009. Public Information Meeting: The Impacts of Climate Change on Connecticut Agriculture, Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Public Health.
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Room 2E, Legislative Office Building, Hartford
The Governor's Steering Committee on Climate Change Adaptation Subcommittee is assessing the impacts of climate change on agriculture, infrastructure, natural resources and public health in Connecticut.  The Adaptation Subcommittee is now producing its impacts assessment report. As part of developing this report the Subcommittee is holding two public information meetings to present the preliminary findings and provide the public an opportunity to pose questions and comments.
