GSC MEMBERS
The Governor's Steering Committee (GSC) leads Connecticut's climate change initiative and includes the following members:

The Climate Change Coordinating Committee (C4) is staff to the GSC. For info on the C4, contact Lynn Stoddard. Current C4 members are:

  • CT Clean Energy Fund - Bob Wall, David Goldberg
  • Department of Administrative Services - Don Casella
  • Department of Public Utility Control - Peggy Diaz
  • Department of Transportation - Steve DelPapa
  • Office of Policy and Management - John Ruckes
  • Other agencies - David Lepri (Department of Revenue Services)

GSC MEETING SCHEDULE
The Governor's Steering Committee meets quarterly. The public is welcome to attend. All meetings are held in the Russell Room of the Department of Environmental Protection, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, unless otherwise noted. The meeting schedule appears below, but please contact us to verify meeting times and locations prior to each meeting.
